The Instant Happy Journal
by Karen Salmansohn

There are days that I can’t come up with a gratitude prompt to move me forward out of a bummed out mood. I also often need gratitude prompts for my daily mood log I send to my therapist each week.

I found the instant HAPPY journal in a local bookstore and had to order it. There are lots of great gratitude prompts, one for each day of the year.

Examples include:

“Tune in to the frequency of love. Recall a loving act—either one you did for someone or one someone did for you.”

“Life will continue to send you the same challenges over and over until you learn the lesson. What’s a negative pattern in your life you need to explore—and export?”

“SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Take a few moments to breathe. Then listen. What do you need to pay more attention to in your life right now?”

“What’s your favorite activity to do in your free time? Why?”

“Grudges are a waste of perfect happiness.”

“This moment can be the beginning of anything you want.”

“You can not change what you refuse to confront.”

It’s a great book to keep for yourself or give as a gift to spread happiness, gratitude, and good cheer.
